Matilda Novak will be presenting on her family’s escape from communism resulting in the creation of Novak’s Restaurant here in Albany, Oregon. Learn about what they are up to now!
Cookbooks, imported paprika from Hungary, house mustard, and house dressing & marinade will be available for purchase following the presentation, so make sure to bring cash if you are interested!
History Bites is free to attend. Admission to exhibits is now fee based, but always free for members!
Light refreshments provided.
