On Tuesday at 9 p.m. a dense fog advisory was released by the National Weather Service in effect until Wednesday at 10 a.m. for North Central Oregon.
"Visibility one half mile or less in dense fog," can be expected according to the weather service. "Road cams are showing very obscure conditions along US-97 near Kent, US-87 near Shaniko, and US-197 near Tygh Ridge. Other areas of obscure fog is possible. Drivers should be aware of sudden visibility changes and utilize safe driving practices."
