Description

No, it’s not a bear 🐻— meet Norman! 🐾
Norman is Mayor Hodges’ 1-year-old brown Newfoundland who enjoys long walks, playing in the water, and making new friends (both dogs and people!).
At 135 pounds and still growing, Norman isn’t quite full-sized yet — he’ll reach his adult weight around age 2. He eats 5–6 cups of food a day, never turns down a snack, and is always up for a car or truck ride.
Norman often visits City Hall, where the staff are always happy to see him — slobber and all! You might also spot Mayor Hodges walking Norman and his smaller sibling, Cinnamon (a Jack Russell–Dachshund mix), through downtown Brookings. 🐶❤️ #BrookingsOR #MayorHodges #DogsofBrookings #PetFriendly #newfoundlanddog
