StockX is one of a handful of secondary shoe markets that are listing a pair of Nike Air Max 95s that are named in a lawsuit aimed to stop their release due to trademark infringement. (Photo Illustration by Timon Schneider/SOPA Images/LightRocket via Getty Images)

While 7-Eleven is asking a Texas district court to stop Nike from releasing a new sneaker that the convenience chain claims is infringing on trademark laws, the shoes are still listed on the secondary market.
