A Dec. 23 Oregon Capital Chronicle story had two errors. Greg Smith has been the Columbia Development Authority’s executive director since 2015. Smith proposed more than $100,000 a year be allocated for a project coordinator to assist him as director of the Columbia Development Authority, records did not specify for whom.
