Description
An article in April 30 editions reported that evacuees were taken by helicopter off the U.S. Embassy roof during the fall of Saigon. U.S. Marine helicopters actually lifted off from the nearby rooftop of the Pittman apartment building on April 30, 1975, according to an Associated Press correction.
