1803 Fund CEO Rykaiyah Adams, Albina Vision Trust Executive Director Winta Yohannes and Albina Vision Trust Director of Partnerships Kayin Talton Davis cut the ribbon in front of the newly opened Albina One building’s doors on September 6.
