Sens. Kirsten Gillibrand, N-NY, and Angela Alsobrooks, D-Maryland, recently introduced the Senior Accessible Housing Tax Credit Act.

A new bill before Congress would open up a large tax credit to make it easier for senior citizens to stay in their homes.
