New Catholic school kicks off year in Central Oregon

Description
Students at the new Catholic high school in Central Oregon aren't using iPads or laptops in the classroom. Working from a classical curriculum designed by the Chesterton schools network, students learn Latin, Euclidean geometry, philosophy and more. There are several maps pinned to the wall, surrounded by a blackboard and whiteboard, in one of two classrooms the eight high schoolers are using at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School campus.
