Listing broker Michele Shea-han of ELEETE Real Estate credit the sale to the popularity and layout of midcentury houses, the Argay Terrace location, and the condition of the 1963 house on a large, corner lot. The house has hardwood and Marmoleum floors. The 1963 house on Northeast Rose Parkway comes with original light fixtures, large windows and sliding glass doors to the backyard. “The rumpus room in the lower level allows for plenty of space to mix a cocktail for guests, play Twister and warm your tootsies by the wood burning fireplace,” said Michele Shea-han of ELEETE Real Estate.
