NBPL release - On Tuesday, October 21 at 4:00 PM, teens ages 13–18 are invited to the North Bend Public Library to create their ultimate caramel apple masterpiece. Whether you're into classic sprinkles or prefer crushed candy bars, we have all the toppings you need. All snacks and supplies will be provided—just bring your creativity. No registration required.
