City Administrator's Report - The North Bend Urban Renewal District has seen exciting growth and new business activity, including: • Tin Rooster is under new ownership, the same team who also own Ezekiel’s. • 350 Degrees expanded into a larger space just two doors down. • Boardwalk Bubbles will move into 350 Bake Degrees’ former location. • Wood Anvil, a new woodworking retail store, will open soon. • Gino’s Pizza has new owners. • A new sushi restaurant will be opening downtown North Bend soon.
