The North Bend City Council will hold a regular session meeting on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 7:00 pm in Council Chambers at 835 California Ave. The agenda will include the following: - Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance; - Roll Call; - Ceremonial: •10 Years of Service – Jake Hult, Police Sergeant; - Consent Calendar: •Authorization to Purchase and Install EZ-Dumper Insert Bed for 2025 Street Department Pickup Truck; •Approval of FY 2025–2026 Library Services Contract with Coos County; •Support of Application for Housing Planning Assistance Program (2025-2027) through DLCD; - Public Comments; - Public Hearing: Resolution No. 3371 - Approval to Increase Maximum Indebtedness of the North Bend Urban Renewal Plan; - Resolution No. 3371 - North Bend Urban Renewal Agency Plan Amendment; - Public Hearing: Resolution No. 3372 - Approval of a Public Building Project for the North Bend Urban Renewal Plan; - Resolution No. 3372 - Approval of a Public Building Project for the North Bend Urban Renewal Plan; - Authorization to Purchase Replacement Diffusers for Wastewater Treatment Plant Digesters; - Designation of Voting Delegate for the League of Oregon Cities 2025 Annual Business Meeting; - Action, if any, resulting from Executive Sessions; - City Administrator’s Report; - Committee Reports; - Council Comments; - Other Business; - Adjournment.

North Bend URA

The North Bend City Council will hold an Urban Renewal Agency meeting on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 7:00 pm, directly following the City Council meeting in Council Chambers at 835 California Ave. The agenda will include the following: - Call to Order; - Roll Call; - Public Comments; - Approval of the URA Minutes from June 24, 2025; - Authorization to Establish a $200,000 Downtown Code Compliance Revolving Loan Fund Using Main Street Revitalization Grant Reimbursement Proceeds; - Action, if any, resulting from Executive Sessions; - Executive Director Report; - Adjournment.
