City of Coos Bay release - The City of Coos Bay Public Works Department will be performing a sidewalk repair on N. 2nd Street between Commercial and Central Avenue on Wednesday, April 2, 2025. To complete the work, the southbound lane along N. 2nd Street will be closed and there will be detour signs to route traffic around the work site. It is anticipated that work will only take one day and the road will be open in both directions by the end of the work day. Please slow down and take caution when near the construction zone.
