Multnomah County Chair Jessica Vega Pederson unveiled her fiscal plan Thursday, opening the door to six weeks of tinkering before a final budget is passed.

Multnomah County Chair Jessica Vega Pederson unveiled her proposed budget Thursday, setting the stage for a difficult process ahead as officials decide how to spend a shrinking pool of funds. Vega Pederson said the county will have $93.2 million less to spend in its next budget.
