Misdemeanor Arrest, NB
CCSO release - On July 29, 2025, at approximately 8:14 AM, Deputy Z. Smith observed 54-year-old Gary McLain driving on Highway 101. Deputy Smith, aware from prior contacts that McLain’s driving status was suspended at a misdemeanor level, confirmed the suspension and initiated a traffic stop in downtown North Bend. Gary McLain was arrested for Driving While Suspended - Misdemeanor. His Probation Officer also authorized a Probation Violation Detainer. McLain was transported to the Coos County Jail, where he was booked on charges of Driving While Suspended - Misdemeanor and Probation Violation. He was also issued traffic citations. McLain was released due to overcrowding. Mr. McLain is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Misdemeanor Arrest Bunker Hill
CCSO release - On July 29, 2025, at approximately 11:30 AM, Sergeant J. Boswell responded to a report of a male refusing to leave the Shake N' Burger near the Bunkerhill 7-Eleven and attempting to damage property. Upon arrival, Sergeant Boswell contacted 42-year-old Mitchell Bissonnette, who had previously been trespassed from both Shake N' Burger and 7-Eleven properties. Mr. Bissonnette was arrested for two counts of Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree. Additionally, his Parole Officer authorized a Parole detainer. He was transported to the Coos County Jail, where he was booked and released. Mr. Bissonnette is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
