The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday allowed Texas to enforce a law requiring mobile app stores to verify users’ ages and obtain parental permission before minors can download apps or make in-app purchases. The ruling does not end the legal battle over the measure, but it allows the law to remain in effect while challenges continue through the courts.
