San Francisco’s best receiver looks likely to play. Mike Evans has dealt with rib and Achilles injuries and missed practice Thursday and Friday, but the undefeated 49ers (5-0) are “optimistic” he’ll play Monday against the Washington Commanders (1-3-1) at Levi’s Stadium (5:15 PM PT, ABC/ESPN). “My guess is we will see Mike Evans tonight. They want to see how he looks pregame,” NFL insider Ian Rapoport said on The Pat McAfee Show. Evans, who joined San Francisco from Tampa Bay this offseason, had 113 yards and a touchdown in last week’s 32-29 win at Seattle, his first 100-yard game as a 49er.
