Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine says Buc-ee’s should drop its trademark lawsuit against Beaver’s Mini Mart, arguing customers are unlikely to confuse the two companies’ cartoon beaver logos.

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine is urging Buc-ee’s to abandon its trademark lawsuit against a small convenience store in Beavercreek, calling the legal fight “ridiculous” and saying the Texas-based travel center chain is damaging the goodwill it has built with Ohio customers.
