Metro appoints Miles Palacios to District 4 seat

Miles Palacios, who is the chief of staff for an Oregon state senator, hopes to improve transportation in Washington County if selected as the new representative for Metro District 4.

The Metro Council on Thursday unanimously appointed longtime political aide Miles Palacios to fill the District 4 council seat representing northern and western Washington County, including Beaverton and Hillsboro.
