Media Release January 29, 2026 Bank Robbery Suspects Detained At approximately 11:48 am, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies, assisted by the Oregon State Police and Newport Police Department, responded to a bank robbery at Columbia Bank in Depoe Bay, Oregon. Two adult males were subsequently located and detained in the Newport area. This incident is still under investigation by the Lincoln County Major Crime Team.
