MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility in Woodburn. The facility is part of the state’s juvenile justice system managed by the Oregon Youth Authority.

The chief investigator for the Oregon Youth Authority abruptly resigned last month amid an ongoing review of his handling of misconduct complaints, the agency confirmed Friday.
