More than 32,000 popular charging devices sold nationwide at Marshall's and TJ Maxx stores are being recalled for serious fire and burn risks. Here's how to tell if you have one, and how to request a refund.

Marshalls’ parent company TJX has issued a recall of more than 32,400 portable power banks sold nationwide due to serious fire and burn hazards.
