Washington state Senate Republican Leader John Braun, left, and U.S. Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez, the Democratic incumbent, are facing off in SW Washington state’s 3rd Congressional District. Forecasters just moved the race from “toss up” to “lean Democrat.”

A key southwest Washington congressional race that could help determine control of the U.S. House has shifted in Democrats’ favor, according to the Cook Political Report.
