Description

Ryan Bowman, 35, was sentenced to four years in state prison during a hearing in late October, 2024.

Ryan Bowman was drunk and disruptive on the Portland Streetcar when a code enforcement officer showed up and ordered him off the trolley on Nov. 30, 2023.
