One of the suspects had a gun at the time he was arrested, but police did not identity who had it.

Police arrested a man and two teenagers on Wednesday for allegedly stealing a car at gunpoint in a Southeast Portland parking lot and then crashing the car into a garbage truck while fleeing police.
