A stabbing suspect is apparently barricaded in this building on Northeast 122nd Avenue in Portland.

Beka Dekebo woke his girlfriend in her Hazelwood apartment, told her she needed to repent, then stabbed her repeatedly with a kitchen knife, according to statements the victim gave police.
