A man who was shot in his car in Northeast Portland on Oct. 4 died from his injuries on Wednesday.

Anthony Dwayne Bell Jr., 38, of Portland, was shot around 5:45 p.m. near the intersection of Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Northeast Columbia Boulevard as he was driving, Portland Police Bureau officials said in a statement.
