Description

Vancouver authorities closed southbound Interstate 5 for a time on Saturday afternoon during a standoff with a man barricaded inside his East 13th Street apartment.

Around 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, a resident at the The Hudson apartments told police another person in the complex pointed a gun at them, police said in a news release.
