An exterior shot of the Washington County Circuit Courthouse in Hillsboro. Pedro Garcia-Balderrama, 28, was arraigned in Washington County Circuit Court Thursday after allegedly throwing the lawmaker's glasses into bushes during a public forum at Fernhill wetlands in Forest Grove.

The man accused of harassing state Sen. Janeen Sollman at a public meeting last weekend made his first court appearance Thursday in Washington County Circuit Court.
