Description
On Sunday at 11:50 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a flood warning valid from Monday 4 a.m. until further notice for Malheur County.
The weather service says to prepare for, "Planned release of 4000 CFS from Owyhee Dam will start Monday morning which will cause minor flooding on the Owyhee River for Owyhee River below Owyhee Dam."
