Description

Living with persistent pain can affect movement, sleep, work, and everyday activities. Finding the right approach to managing it often takes more than one type of treatment.
CHN offers a comprehensive Pain Management program with treatment tailored to each patient’s needs. Depending on the condition, recommendations may include lifestyle changes, conditioning and weight management, physical therapy, medication management, injections, or interventional procedures such as nerve, joint, spinal epidural, or facet blocks.
The goal is to explore appropriate conservative treatment options while helping patients manage pain and improve daily function.
A referral from your provider is required.
