The recalled baby food is a Target store brand named Good & Gather. The varieties falling under the recall include Baby Pea, Zucchini, Kale and Thyme Vegetable Puree.

Two babies in Oregon had elevated levels of lead in their blood after consuming a Target store brand of baby food, Oregon’s Health Authority said Wednesday.
