An Oregon woman is suing a Salem restaurant for allegedly giving her onion rings made with beer batter. Pictured here in a file photo of onion rings from a different restaurant.

All it took was one bite of a beer-battered onion ring and an Oregon woman ended up in an emergency room in a life-threatening state of anaphylactic shock, according to a $155,000 lawsuit filed against the restaurant that served her.
