Description

PeaceHealth Oregon ended its long-standing contract with Eugene Emergency Physicians and brought in national firm ApolloMD to staff its Lane County emergency departments. The decision has drawn pushback from medical staff, community members and lawmakers. Pictured is Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend in Springfield on March 14, 2026.
