Oregon will forgo participation in a federal program that offers taxpayers a tax credit up to $1,700 for donations to organizations that provide scholarships for K-12 school tuition, tutoring and other educational expenses, Gov. Tina Kotek confirmed to The Oregonian/OregonLive this week.
