U.S. District Judge Mustafa T. Kasubhai did a walk-through of the Eugene Federal Building property on Thurs., June 18, 2026, to view the upper plaza that has been restricted since a metal fence was erected around the building's perimeter.

A federal appeals court has paused a judge’s order requiring removal of a perimeter fence outside the Eugene Federal Building.
