Description

Luis Niño-Moncada's red Toyota Tacoma pickup truck was towed away from a back lot of The Bria Apartments on Northeast 146th and East Burnside Street. He drove there after he and his passenger were shot by a Border Patrol officer in in the parking lot of a Adventist Health medical office in Southeast Portland on Thurs., Jan. 8.

A federal judge Wednesday ordered Luis Niño-Moncada to remain in custody pending trial, finding he’s a danger to the community and poses a risk of not returning to court.
