On Indigenous Peoples’ Day, we recognize that Native Americans have been here since time immemorial and are still here today. Our exhibit, Reclaiming Our Words, explores local Tribal language revitalization and was written in partnership with our local Tribes. It highlights the work of keeping languages alive and strengthening connections across generations. The museum is closed on Mondays, but we invite you to visit during our regular hours to explore the exhibit and learn more. #IndigenousPeoplesDay #CoosHistoryMuseum #ReclaimingOurWords
