PENDLETON, Ore. – Interstate 84 is closed between Pendleton and La Grande after multiple semi-trucks spun out on the roadway, according to Oregon transportation officials.The Oregon Department of Transportation announced at 12:52 p.m. on December 18 that Interstate 84 was closed between Exit 216, east of Pendleton, and the city of La Grande. Officials said the closure was due to multiple commercial motor vehicles that had spun out on the road.Significant snowfall and freezing rain is affecting the roadway.
