‘I do chicks who are locked up,’ a nurse at the Oregon psychiatric hospital in Junction City allegedly bragged, according to former patient Dianne Davidoff's lawsuit against the state and the nurse David Peter Herne. Herne denies the allegations, his lawyer said.
