The George Abernethy Bridge, which carries I-205 over the Willamette River between Oregon City and West Linn, will close during overnight hours this weekend. Oregonian file photo.

The Abernethy Bridge (Interstate 205), which crosses over the Willamette River near Oregon City, will close to all vehicles in both directions during overnight hours Friday and Saturday, Jan. 16-17.
