Looking at downtown from the observation deck of the Oregon City municipal elevator, eagle-eyed visitors can spot the white-haired, somewhat menacing-looking figure of a man staring back at them from a shop’s rear glass door.

Lane County Sheriff’s deputies assigned to Police Services must complete Patrol Field Training and Evaluation Process (FTEP). They adapt to different day off patterns and move between coaches in order to gain the knowledge required to be successful.
