Description

Troy Potter, left, and Ashley Potter read a book aloud to their son Pax. Oregon's Imagination Library program, inspired by Dolly Parton and funded 50% by the state, sends a carefully selected book to more than 74,000 Oregon children including Pax each month.

Oregon’s version of Imagination Library, an initiative launched by superstar Dolly Parton to send a free book each month to babies and preschoolers, mailed its 4 millionth book to an Oregon child last week.
