Description

Erick Devon Butler, of Vancouver, Wash., pleaded guilty to the racketeering conspiracy in April 2024.

A man described by a prosecutor as a “long-time member of the Hoover criminal gang” has been sentenced to time served – the four years he spent in custody – for conspiracy to commit racketeering.
