Description

On Tuesday at 1:49 a.m. a high wind watch was released by the National Weather Service valid from Wednesday 5 p.m. until Thursday 11 a.m. for Lower Columbia Basin of Oregon and Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.

The weather service says, "Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible."
