A high wind watch was issued by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 3:45 a.m. valid from Monday 10 a.m. until Tuesday 4 p.m. for Foothills of the Southern Blue Mountains of Oregon.
The weather service states, "Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts 45 to 60 mph possible."
