On Saturday at 2:18 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a high wind warning valid from 10 p.m. until Sunday 10 p.m. for Grande Ronde Valley.

The weather service comments, "South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected."
