Description
On Monday at 3:35 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a high wind warning valid from 1 p.m. until Tuesday 4 p.m. for Foothills of the Southern Blue Mountains of Oregon and North Central Oregon.
The weather service describes, "Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts between 50 and 65 mph expected."
