The National Weather Service issued a high wind warning at 3:35 a.m. on Monday valid from 11 a.m. until Tuesday 4 p.m. for Central Oregon.
The weather service says, "Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts between 45 to 60 mph expected."
